About the storage of health-related data

The decree 2006-6 of january 4^th 2006, the storage of health-related personal data must be done with an adequately accredited server host, which is not the case of ours, 1&1.

However, this decree is only applying to data allowing to precisely and directly or indirectly identify a person (storage of last names and first names, personal health system identifier, explicit mail address, etc.). Diabegraph do not store any of these data, except the mail address. If you want to give Diabegraoh an anonymous mail address not letting your identification possible, you can do it, at the moment of the registration, or later, once registered. This does not interfere with the utlilization of the website, please be reassured.

We are very concerned about the security allowed to the data you intrust us and about the all-time guarantee of your anonymity on Diabegraph, that's why all the entered data stay totally confidential and cannot be used at all, by any way, to identify you. We do not store IP addresses, geolocalization data, Web browser configuration settings, etc. and no sensible information is required for the registration.
